Serving as the Group Vice President of Human Resources & Administration, Nicole has been working at See Hoy Chan Sdn. Bhd. Group for 18 years.

 Currently, Nicole is mainly responsible for being a strategic business partner overseeing all aspects of human resource management, including talent management and resourcing, learning and organizational development, reward and retention, employer branding, employee engagement, and administration matters for the Group.

 With a passion for continuous learning and development, Nicole has conducted and facilitated a variety of in-house training programs for the Group, and helped to establish the Phoenix Toastmasters Club in the Company with the purpose of upskilling employees in See Hoy Chan Group to develop confidence in public speaking and leadership skills.
