Ishak currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for the National University Health System (NUHS). He is also Chairman for Families for Life Council for Singapore and the National Maritime Safety at Sea Council.
He has extensive experience in leading public and private organisations.
Throughout his career, Ishak has gained immeasurable experience in leader development and coaching. He is a certified coach under the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and has been appointed under a selected list of Executive Coaches for the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) to facilitate team leadership and development since 2016.
