COL (Ret) Low Eng Siang is a Senior Consultant who has extensive experience in building outstanding teams and creating a culture of innovation across the organizations under his leadership. 

COL (Ret) Low helps organizations fulfil their potential through team performance coaching and accentuating positive culture change. He has coached many organizations to achieve success including Dai Ichi, Schneider Electric, STELOP, Several SAF Units. 

Before embarking on his consultancy work, COL (Ret) Low illustrious career include 8 years in DSO National Laboratories as Director-Quality Management and 28 years in the Republic of Singapore Air Force, making a difference as Head Quality Assurance Branch in Air Logistics Department and Commander of Air Logistics Group in Sembawang Air Base.  

His held other appointments including Member of the international Aerospace Quality Group, member of management committee in SAFRA and Chairman of advisory committee (certification body).
