Course Content

Leaders and staff all have something in common. Regardless of their role, they need to contribute positively to performance, teamwork and the culture.

If delivery of performance is largely dependent on compliance to policies, procedures, reporting relationships, and organizational structures, optimal performance will be hard to realize. A positive work culture will be a dream.

In this workshop, participants learn the difference between a myopic focus on personal objectives and taking into account their impact on others.

The collaboration, accountability and influence tools enables breakthrough results.

Leaders and individual contributors learn and apply these tools to make this fundamental shift and experience substantial and sustainable improvements in key areas such as leadership development, team effectiveness, customer satisfaction, collaboration, conflict resolution and most importantly, results.

Inward Mindset:

People focus on themselves, their objectives and measure themselves by what they accomplish.

Outward Mindset:

People work to help others be successful – customers, peers, managers and subordinates. They measure their success by what others are able to accomplish as a result of their efforts.
