If our change efforts do not address a change in mindset—the fundamental way we see and regard others—nothing will change.
Too many organisational efforts to address Diversity and Inclusion and Belonging focus on what we can see: our behaviours, structures, quotas, etc.
However, the marginalizing and discriminatory conducts we witness, experience and are trying to eradicate in workplace and the general society only are behavioural manifestations of a deeper issue—mindset.
If our change efforts do not address a change in mindset—the fundamental way we see and regard others—nothing will change.
In this 60 min interactive session, participants will get a glimpse of Arbinger’s Outward Inclusion workshop and experience a refreshing way to lead and nurture inclusivity in their organizations by “calling people in” rather than “calling people out”!
